Ribbon-cutting at Franciscan Village Annex

1

Mistick Construction was proud to join residents, community leaders, and project partners in celebrating the ribbon cutting for the Franciscan Village Annex in Cleveland, OH.

This four-story, 62-unit senior housing development expands the existing Franciscan Village campus, creating much-needed opportunities for seniors to age in place. The annex connects directly to the neighboring building, allowing residents to enjoy shared amenities while fostering a vibrant, inclusive community. A new parking lot was also added to better accommodate residents.

Developed by Salus Development and designed by LDA Architects, Inc., the project was funded in part through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Together, the project team worked to create a space that is safe, functional, and welcoming—meeting both the immediate housing needs of seniors and supporting their long-term independence.

The Franciscan Village Annex serves as an important step toward addressing the shortage of affordable senior housing in the area. Mistick Construction is proud to have been part of a project that will have a lasting impact on residents’ lives and the broader community.
