We were honored to join today's ribbon cutting for Mosaic Apartments! 

This development brings 48 apartments for adults 62+, creating much-needed affordable & LGBTQ+ friendly senior housing in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood.

Despite the rain, the turnout was amazing. Partners, community leaders, & new residents came together to celebrate this milestone. 

Led by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network & Affirmative Investments, Inc., Mosaic Apts. is designed to feel welcoming & vibrant - featuring artful mosaic installations, colorful community spaces, and a striking facade along Forbes Avenue.

We're grateful to have been part of this transformative project and work alongside our incredible partners including Rothschild Doyno Collaborative!
