KEY DETAILS
- This new development will include a three-story apartment building containing 36 units and eight single-family cottages.
- The 44-unit development will include (30) one-bedroom, (13) two-bedroom, and (1) three-bedroom units.
- 37 units will be LIHTC, serving households at or below 60% median income, and seven will be market rate apartments.
- Six units will be handicapped accessible, inclusive of heating and vision-impaired equipment, and an additional unit will be solely equipped with hearing and vision-impaired equipment.
- Seven units will be set aside for households that include an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and enhanced services will be provided to this population.
- The houses will be grouped around a shared green, and the apartments will face onto a front lawn that engages with the larger community of Zelienople.
