Mistick Construction served as the General Contractor for Monaca Lofts, a new mixed-income housing development located at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Sixth Avenue in Monaca, PA. The project involved the demolition of a vacant, publicly owned, blighted structure and the new construction of a 39-unit apartment building.
The development includes 33 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units, with 1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom unit offered at market rate to support a mixed-income community. Monaca Lofts provides general occupancy housing for the area and represents the first new residential construction in downtown Monaca in decades.
