Atria Cranberry Township

The Atria Cranberry Township project is a 226,000 SF new construction endeavor consisting of three buildings containing 183 units. The project took 19 months to complete and includes:

• A four-story building with 96 independent living apartments over structured parking.

• A two-story commons building.

• A three-story building that incorporates 57 Assisted Living units along with 30 Memory Care units.

The four-story independent living structure features an indoor pool, fitness center, salon, and art studio. Meanwhile, the two-story commons building hosts a Bistro, Club Room, Dining Room, administration, and a commercial kitchen. Various dining venues, a theater, activity rooms, and multiple living rooms are spread across the common spaces. Support areas for the community are thoughtfully integrated throughout the buildings, enhancing the overall experience for residents.
