The completion of 9410 Hough Avenue, marks the transformation of a long-vacant Cleveland landmark. Originally built in 1973 as the Kingsbury Apartments, the 10-story building sat usused for years and was in need of an overhaul.

The project involved a complete renovation of the existing concrete and block structure, including all new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, along with the installation of two new elevators and a new trash chute addition.

The development also includes a brand-new amenity building featuring a fitness area, community space, medical offices, and a local workforce training office designed to support residents and the surrounding neighborhood. In total, Ninety-Four Ten delivers 116 units of workforce housing.

My company hired Mistick Construction for the renovation of 9410 Hough Ave., Cleveland, Ohio. My role was to represent the owner, William Sullivan, oversee Mistick's progress, and ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget.

From start to finish, working with Mistick Construction was a stree-free experience. Their team handled every aspect of the project with professionalism, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure nothing was overlooked and that the job was done right.

Mistick took full ownership of the work, proactively addressed challenges, and delivered results without surprises. Their commitment to quality, schedule, and budget made my role significantly easier and gave the owner complete confidence in the process.

I would highly recommend Mistick Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, capable, and professional construction partner. They truly delivered beyond expectations.
