This is a four story structural steel-framed building with 79 living units. The exterior façade is a combination of brick veneer and hardi siding. The architecture is very detailed Victorian style and the interior space is extremely high end, offering a variety of wood treatments, vinyl wall covering, wood-look floor finishes and grand stairs.
Mistick was able to negotiate this project with the Sunrise group based on the success of the Upper St. Clair project. In addition, Mistick has become a preferred contractor for the Sunrise communities and have been invited to bid on additional facilities.
