The Penn Manor Apartment project consists of fifty-five apartment
units. Forty-eight of these units are single bedroom with one
full bath, with 615 square feet of living space. Seven of the
units are two bedroom with two full baths, with 970 square feet
of living space. Six units are handicapped accessible and the
remaining units are adaptable. All of the units have fully equipped
kitchens.
Amenities include a community room and laundry facilities. The
Penn Manor Apartments are scheduled to be finished in late October
of 2006.
