Work on Bedford Hill Apartments includes 116 units for Phase II and 55 units for Phase III on an 11.6 acre site.
The 171 total units that comprise Phase II and III are distributed throughout 25 residential buildings, varying from 4 to 10 units per building. Residential building design includes both row townhouses and garden (or flat-style) buildings with corridors, both with a mix of siding and brick exteriors.
In addition to the 25 residential buildings, construction includes a management building and maintenance garage. Improvements to the site include surface parking and drives, mailboxes, tot lots, screened trash areas, and decorative site lighting.
