Crescent Court Condominiums is a thirty-six unit luxury condo project with a parking garage. Mistick is working closely with the sales staff and buyers to give each buyer the opportunity to customize their units. The menu of upgrades for individual units include wood floors, granite counter tops, high end plumbing fixtures, and a choice of appliances.

Crescent Court floorplans include one, two and three bedroom units, and most include a solarium. Units range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Construction is expected to be complete in the Spring of 2007.
