Woodside
Place is a 36-bed specialty care home for Alzheimer patients.
The 22,000 square foot building incorporates the most advanced
design features available for Alzheimer treatment.
Mistick,
PBT built Woodside Place in only 10 months based upon a design
developed by the Presbyterian Association on Aging. Mistick's
value engineering provided the project architect with accurate
cost estimating up front and allowed for the project to be completed
under budget.
Woodside
Place has won awards from the American Institute of Architects
and the National Association of Home Builders.
