Sunrise of Upper St. Clair

Sunrise of Upper St. Clair is a three story assisted living facility built of steel frame and metal deck, boasting high end, luxury interiors. This challenging project required the construction of three high retaining walls before fabrication of the structure.

The finished facility consists of 73 resident units, including a special needs wing specially designed for residents with Alzheimer's disease and various other memory impairments. Mark T. Ottinger, Senior Project Architect on the Sunrise Project, notes that in his thirty years of experience, "the Mistick team made this one of the smoothest projects" of his career, citing Mistick Construction's "professionalism, experience, and talent."

Tim Danforth, from BeeryRio Architects, says of Mistick Construction's work on Sunrise, "This home is well constructed; the contractor has completed high quality work throughout this home. Sunrise Senior Living and BeeryRio Architects appreciate this effort and consider this home to be a positive asset to Sunrise Senior Living."
