The historic
rehabilitation of a two and three story 19th century warehouse,
this project saw the creation of 148 market rate apartments.
Shadyside
Commons was a success in an otherwise "soft" real estate
market. The apartments are finished to a high level of amenity.
The project is completely leased, and has a long waiting list.
Mistick
Incorporated overcame many construction problems on this project.
Innovative solutions included a "donut" cut through
the center of the one-acre- square structure to allow doubleloaded
corridors and more marketable space.
