The Bethlen Home

Finished in May of 2005, The Bethlen Home in Ligonier, Pennsylvania is a 96 unit, single story, wood frame structure. Nineteen of the units were specially designed for residents with dementia.

Mistick Construction completed both the preconstruction and construction for the Bethlen Home. Rev. Leslie E. Martin of the Bethlen home said, "You put our minds at ease, and confidence in Mistick construction grew with each meeting and with the completion of each phase." Rev. Martin added, "Our Building Committee was particularly impressed with your ability to stay within budget, including requested changes, and still deliver the project on schedule."

Noting that it is always challenging "to deliver a significant building project," Rev. Martin was grateful that Mistick Construction joined in the challenge, "even before we signed a contract."
