Dinwiddie Street Housing

Mistick has begun construction for Phase II of the Dinwiddie Street housing project in Pittsburgh, PA. Phase I was completed in March of 2011 and TREK Development released Mistick to continue with Phase II in May of 2011. Similar to Phase I, Phase II will be urban infill housing comprised of 23 units. The buildings will blend in with the surrounding streetscape and be a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, with eight different building types. Mistick anticipates completion in February of 2012.

Liberty Park Apartments, Phase II / Fairfield Apartments

Mistick Construction received a Notice to Proceed from McCormack Baron Salazar for the construction of 71 units of rental housing that comprise Phase II of the Liberty Park/Fairfield Apartment property in East Liberty, PA.

Phase II is a continuation of the development on the project originally known as Liberty Park Apartments, now renamed Fairfield Apartments. In January 2011, Mistick was chosen as the general contractor after a competitive selection process that included  qualifications assessments and comprehensive cost estimates. Since then, Mistick has worked closely with the owner’s construction team to finalize the construction documents which effectively align the project’s requirements to the budget.

Garfield Heights Apartments, Phase III

Phase III is a continuation of the Garfield Heights development, of which Phases I and II have been completed. Phase III includes 40 units similar in style as the Phases I and II.  Completion is anticipated for January 2012.
