Richford Arms Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

1

Originally built in 1928 as the upscale Ford Hotel, the Richford Arms underwent a transformation in the 1970s, repurposing it into housing. Today, this 10-story, 106-unit apartment building caters to seniors & individuals with disabilities in Erie, Pennsylvania. The 100-unit tower received extensive renovations, including modern windows & treatments, energy-efficient LED fixtures, & new PTAC units in each apartment. All kitchens & bathrooms were revamped with fresh cabinetry, appliances, countertops, sinks, & vanities. Additionally, a two-story extension was added, introducing six new fully accessible units & a community room. Residents now have access to an updated fitness center, & an outdoor terrace.

This project, funded through LIHTC, was a collaborative effort between Mistick, Beacon Communities, & LGA Partners. Congratulations everyone on another successful collaboration!
